GEPs are often published on the university’s website and presented through a public meeting, yet they do not usually include a comprehensive GEP communication plan. However, in my vision, a GEP necessitates the adoption of communication strategies typical of projects funded by the European Union.
However, among the requests stipulated by Horizon Europe is the requirement to communicate the GEP, albeit with a considerable degree of flexibility in how this request is fulfilled.
The GEP Communication Plan document provides a series of informal suggestions that can facilitate the creation of a feasible communication strategy while being beneficial for monitoring and evaluating GEP activities.
